Uganda business trip organized by Beyler Group started with the participation of distinguished companies of Türkiye.
Our delegation, which was welcomed with the protocol implemented by the Ugandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the Minister of Agriculture of Uganda, Mr. Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijj, at the Ministry of Agriculture, under the chairmanship of our CEO Dr. Hulusi Söğütlü.
Explaining the project calls made by the European Union to the Minister of Agriculture and the officials of the Ministry, Dr. Hulusi Söğütlü suggested cooperation with the Ministry on this issue. Uganda Ministry of Agriculture decided to participate in the project together with Beyler Group and Tarımkon.
Regarding the locust attack, which has become a very serious problem in Uganda, it was decided to provide support and cooperation to Uganda on chemical pesticides and drones.
We thank the Minister of Agriculture Mr. Vincent Bamulangaki Ssrmpijj for his hospitality and hope that the cooperation between Turkey and Uganda will continue to develop.
